Join our Youth Mental Health First Aid Certification Training and make a real difference in your child's life.
Let’s address concerns about your child's well-being by equipping ourselves with the tools to identify emotional challenges, and even prevent suicide.
Youth Mental Health First Aid is a nationally recognized program designed to teach parents and youth leaders how to recognize the early signs of emotional struggles, substance use challenges, and stress-related issues in young individuals. Youth Mental Health First Aid training will better prepare parents to identify these signs and offer timely support and professional help if needed.

Spring Session begins January 2024
Tuesdays & Saturdays
Middle School - 4pm - 6pm
High School - 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Open Applications until December 2, 2023
Ten life skill sessions for 1.5 hours twice weekly in a virtual and in-person setting. Classes are fun, engaging, and interactive. Students will learn from 16 life skill targets like decision making, setting and achieving goals, studying effectively, and many more.
Service projects are also available with life skill sessions.
