Boost Your Wellness Journey

The Collective Movement

Well Check Wednesday (WCW) is a weekly space for leaders and helping professionals to pause, reflect, and realign their well-being. Through guided conversations and the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, participants gain practical tools to live and lead WELL in their personal and professional lives.

How to Get Involved:

  • Join the free weekly Zoom empowerment conversation focused on 1 of the 8 Dimensions of Wellness.

  • Share the WCW flyer and your role as a community representative.

  • Register for a Mental Health First Aid Training and the Self-care for Leaders Series.

  • “Check on 1  person (leader) you know once weekly”. Because one question; "How is your emotional wellness today?" --can interrupt isolation. Remember  affirming: "It's alright to say how you really feel." --can yield sharing without judgement.
