Peer Support Services with T. Rice offers guidance, encouragement, and practical tools for individuals and families navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Through her lived experiences supporting loved ones, T. Rice shares how becoming a Mental Health First Aid instructor and utilizing other evidence-based training tools helped her support her family in ways that made sense, while learning the importance of self-care, healthy boundaries, and resilience. Participants will gain strategies to support others without losing themselves in the process.
